Josephine received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The School of Visual Arts (SVA). Before establishing PŌIZ with her partner Sebastián Medina, Josephine worked at Rockwell Group, ICRAVE, Perkins Eastman, Studios Architecture, and Woods Baggot in New York City.
